Return Policy

Reason for return?

1. I do not want the item I purchased and would like to return it for a refund or exchange

a. Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.
b. Shipping charges are non-refundable, 
c. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods BACK to Rampart and the cost of shipping the new product back to you.
d. You are responsible for the safe return of the product to Rampart.
e. All returned or exchanged items must be in LIKE NEW & AS RECEIVED condition in the original packaging, with original tags, labels and including any warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. Items showing cuts, scratches, or any damage will not be replaced and will not be eligible a refund or credit.
f. Clothing articles, including jackets, pants, and boots, must be returned in new and unworn condition. Boots that show any signs of outdoor usage they will not be eligible for return.
g. Clearance Items are NOT eligible for exchange OR return, they are always FINAL SALE.
h. Medical & Survival items: Are NOT eligible for exchange OR return, they are always FINAL SALE.
i. Rampart reserves the right to reject a return/exchange request if we have deemed the product to be in an unacceptable condition.


2. The product is not what I ordered?

a. Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.
b. You will NOT be charged for return shipping OR shipping back to you with the appropriate item.
c. You are responsible for carefully packaging your return items; if the goods are received damaged Rampart reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
d. All returned or exchanged items must be in LIKE NEW & AS RECEIVED condition in the original packaging, with original tags, labels and including any warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. Items showing cuts, scratches, or any damage will not be replaced and will not be eligible a refund or credit.

f. Rampart reserves the right to reject a return/exchange request if we have deemed the product to be in an unacceptable condition.

3. The product is broken or defective?

a. The standard manufacturer’s warranty shall apply to all products.
b. In most scenarios a return label will be created to have the product(s) sent to Rampart.
c. You will NOT be charged for return shipping OR shipping back to you with the appropriate item.
d. You are responsible for carefully packaging your return items; if the goods are received damaged Rampart reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
e. Rampart reserves the right to reject a return/exchange request if we have deemed the product to be in an unacceptable condition.

Return or Exchange Procedure:

STEP 1: 

Please email returns@rampartcorp.com include the following information with your email.

1. Your order number

2. The product(s) you would like to return

3. The reason for your return? (i.e. product malfunction, “I don’t like the colour”, etc…)

4. IF the product is defective or broken please send an image via email.

STEP 2: Authorization:

1. Rampart must authorize the requested return by email.

2. Once your return is authorized:

3. If you are returning a product for reason #1 above please carefully package the goods and ship them to:

Please include a copy of your invoice.

4. If you are returning a product for reason #2 OR #3 you will be sent a return label to ship the goods back to Rampart.

STEP 3: Approval:

o Exchange or return:

o Once we have received and inspected your product a refund will be issued to your card immediately or your new exchanged material will be shipped out within 12-24 hours. If the product is not in stock a member of our team will let you know how long it will take to receive

o Wrong order shipped or defective/damaged item:

Your repaired, replaced or proper item will be shipped to you free of charge within 12-24 hours of receipt. If the product is not in stock a member of our team will let you know how long it will take to receive.
