BYRNA SD
The BYRNA SD is a compact, .68 cal less-lethal launcher resembling a semi-automatic handgun, featuring a durable glass-reinforced polymer body and an ergonomic rubber grip. It uses 5 or 7-round magazines, an internally housed CO2 cylinder, and a unique first trigger pull mechanism for immediate action, simultaneously puncturing the CO2 and firing the first round.

BYRNA LE
The Byrna LE features a completely redesigned trigger interface and valve assembly to fire .68 caliber rounds at speed of up to 340 feet per second. The new trigger design on the Byrna LE allows for a much smoother and lighter trigger pull, providing a better experience for the shooter.

MISSION 4
The Byrna Mission 4 is a semi-automatic AR-15 style rifle and does not use any batteries or electronics. The durable magnesium receiver encloses the high-performance in-line pneumatic bolt system. The M-LOK shroud comes standard with 4 picatinny rails, integrated sling mounts, front and rear flip-up adjustable sights and vertical fore grip. The two position external safety lever engages safe or firing mode. The coupled black and orange magazines each load 18 projectiles.

Designed to deliver a compact military, realistic look that is easy to customize via the standard four Picatinny rails. The high-performance TCR also includes folding front and rear sights, a vertical front grip, and an 11” high-performance barrel. The TCR comes complete with 7-round and 12-round extended magazines and a fully padded carbine carry case.

BYRNA IN ACTION
Following two hit-and-run incidents, one involving serious injuries to a cyclist, the Galveston Police Department engaged in a chase culminating in a high-risk stop. The suspect, who refused to exit his vehicle despite repeated commands, was effectively subdued using the Byrna SD launcher. An officer deployed five rounds of Byrna Max from approximately 40 feet, successfully incapacitating the suspect with the chemical agent without causing injury. This incident highlights the effectiveness of the Byrna platform in situations where other less-lethal options like tasers or sprays are impractical, showcasing its ability to ensure compliance and maintain safety for both law enforcement officers and the community.
